Family First Financial Inc. is the legal entity doing business as Rest Assured Network, which operates as a branch and trade name of Family First Financial Inc., not as a separate legal entity.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the forms, questionnaires, booklets, communications and other services offered through it (collectively, the "Services").
Please read them before submitting any information. By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who we are
The Services are operated by Family First Financial Inc., which does business as Rest Assured Network. References to "we," "us" and "our" mean Family First Financial Inc.
Family First Financial Inc. is a marketing and lead generation business. It is not an insurance company. It does not underwrite, issue, or service insurance policies, does not make coverage or underwriting decisions, and does not set premiums.
The insurance agents to whom your information may be provided are independently licensed in the states in which they operate. They are not our employees, and we do not control the advice they give, the products they offer, or the decisions they make.
What the Services do
The Services exist to provide general information about final expense coverage and to connect people who ask to be contacted with a licensed insurance agent who can discuss options with them.
What submitting a form does
Submitting a form is a request to be contacted. It is not an application for insurance. It does not create coverage, does not bind any insurer, does not guarantee that you will be offered or accepted for any policy, and does not obligate you to buy anything.
What we do not do
- We do not quote premiums, and no price appears on this site.
- We do not recommend a particular insurer or a particular policy.
- We do not provide insurance, legal, tax, financial or funeral-planning advice.
- We do not decide who qualifies for coverage.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of the United States, and are able to form a binding contract. The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Not all products are available in all states, and an agent can only discuss products they are licensed to offer where you live. The state you give us is what determines which agent is able to contact you.
The information you submit
The forms on this site ask for your full name, email address, telephone number and state. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, that it is your own, and that you are authorized to provide it and to receive communications at the telephone number and email address you give.
Do not submit another person’s contact details without their permission, and do not submit sensitive information through these forms. We do not ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or medical records, and you should not provide them here.
How we collect, use, disclose and retain what you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Consent to be contacted
The consent you give at the form is separate from these Terms, is shown to you in full before you submit anything, and governs how you may be contacted. The exact wording you agreed to is recorded with your submission.
Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing anything. You may withdraw it at any time: reply STOP to a text message to stop texts, ask the caller to place you on our do-not-call list, or contact us using the details at the end of this document. Message and data rates may apply.
Withdrawing consent does not undo contact that has already been made, and does not by itself end a conversation you began with an independently licensed agent. Ask that agent directly to stop contacting you.
Electronic records and signatures
You consent to transact with us electronically. Ticking a consent box, submitting a form, or otherwise indicating agreement through the Services is an electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one, and we may provide notices, disclosures and records to you electronically.
To access and retain electronic records you need a device with an internet connection, a current web browser, and a working email address. You may ask us for a paper copy of a record, or withdraw your consent to electronic records, using the contact details at the end of this document.
Guides and other materials
Booklets, guides and similar materials offered through the Services are provided for general information only. They are not advice, they are not personal to your circumstances, and they are not a substitute for speaking with a licensed professional.
Costs described in those materials vary widely by region, provider and the choices a family makes. Figures are stated as ranges to ask a local provider about, never as prices offered to you. Where a figure has not been verified, the material says so on its face. Do not rely on any figure as a quotation.
Business Partners and other websites
When you ask to be contacted, your information is provided to one or more independent businesses, licensed agents, agencies or insurers ("Business Partners") so they can respond. Once a Business Partner receives your information it handles that information under its own policies and its own legal obligations.
We do not control Business Partners and are not responsible for their acts or omissions, the products they offer, the advice they give, or how they contact you. The same applies to any third-party website these Services link to; a link is not an endorsement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or information belonging to someone else without their permission;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable insurance, telemarketing, privacy or consumer protection law;
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access, copy or collect from the Services;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or to any system or data connected to them;
- interfere with the operation of the Services, or introduce malicious code; or
- copy, reproduce, or republish material from the Services except as permitted below.
Intellectual property
The Services and their content — text, design, graphics, photographs, booklets and the Rest Assured Network name and logo — are owned by Family First Financial Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the Services, and download and print a booklet we offer you, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written permission.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and may change the information and materials on them without notice. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content and materials on them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the information on the Services is complete, current or accurate, that any agent will contact you, that any insurer will offer you coverage, or that any coverage offered will suit your circumstances.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family First Financial Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services — whether based in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Business Partner, licensed agent, agency or insurer, including how they contact you or what they tell you.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family First Financial Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your submission of information that is false or that you were not authorized to provide.
Governing law and disputes
Needs your input: confirm with counsel the governing law and the state and county whose courts hear a dispute, then state it in one sentence here.
Needs your input: confirm with counsel whether disputes go to binding arbitration and whether a class action waiver applies. If they do, the clause and the opt-out mechanism belong here; if they do not, delete this paragraph rather than leaving it vague.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have to bring a complaint to a state insurance department, a state attorney general, or another regulator.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the consent shown at the form, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the updated version applies from the date it is posted. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
A change to these Terms does not change the consent you already gave. That consent stands on the wording you were shown at the time, which is recorded with your submission.
